CF Benchmarks publishes the deciding data through its Bitcoin Real-Time Index. The deciding value is the simple average of that index over the 60 seconds before the time specified in the market question on October 8, 2026, and the outcome is Yes if it exceeds the value specified in the market question and No otherwise. The value becomes final at the time specified in the market question, and early resolution does not apply. If the index is not published or not available at that time because of an outage, data interruption or unscheduled maintenance, the next available 60 seconds of index data published after that time is used.
