Rules

The Chicago Mercantile Exchange (CME) publishes the deciding data, which is the official daily settlement price of the front-month silver futures contract for the trading day specified in the market question; the front-month contract is the nearest-to-expiration listed contract, used through and including its final settlement date. The outcome is Yes if that settlement price is above the value specified in the market question and No otherwise. Only the settlement value published for that trading day counts, and later revisions to settlement data or settlement values for other contract months are not considered. The outcome is determined at 11:55 PM CT on that date, early resolution does not apply, and if the settlement data is delayed, resolution waits until it is published.
