Rules

The Chicago Mercantile Exchange (CME) publishes the deciding data, which is the official daily settlement price for October 9, 2026 of the Silver Futures contract month named in the market question, shown in the Settlement column of the Settlements section of the CME Silver Futures product page. That contract is the active month, meaning the contract CME designates as the nearest active month that is not the front month for that trading day; for a market designated front month instead, it is the nearest-to-expiration listed contract, used through and including its final settlement date. The outcome is Yes if that settlement price is above the value specified in the market question and No otherwise. Only the settlement value published for that trading day counts, and later revisions to settlement data or settlement values for other contract months are not considered. The outcome is determined at 11:55 PM CT on October 9, 2026, early resolution does not apply, and if the settlement data is delayed, resolution waits until it is published.
