Rules
The Chicago Mercantile Exchange (CME) publishes the deciding data, which is the CME daily settlement price, on October 30, 2026, of the E-mini Russell 2000 Index futures contract month specified in the market question, which is the lead month, or the second month on a day when the lead month goes through final settlement. The outcome is Yes if that settlement price is above the value specified in the market question and No otherwise. The value becomes final when CME makes the final version of its daily settlement bulletin for that date available, at 10:00 AM CT on the next business day, early resolution does not apply, and if the settlement bulletin is delayed, resolution waits until it is published.
