The Energy Information Administration (EIA) publishes the deciding data in the Electric Power Monthly, shown in its Electricity Data Browser as Net Generation for all sectors. The share is annual net generation from wind divided by total annual net generation across all fuel types in the United States for the year specified in the market question, using the initial release of those annual figures; later revisions do not affect the outcome. The outcome is Yes if that share is more than the value specified in the market question and No otherwise, and the value becomes final when EIA publishes the Electric Power Monthly with that initial annual data. Early resolution does not apply, and if EIA delays the release, resolution waits until it is published.
