Rules

The Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve publishes the deciding value in its H.15 Selected Interest Rates (Daily) report, in the Treasury constant maturities sub-section of the US government securities section, in the row labelled 2-Year, where the columns show the five most recent readings. The deciding value is the reading for November 20, 2026, and the outcome is Yes if that yield is above the value specified in the market question and No otherwise. The H.15 report is published at 3:15 PM CT each business day with the readings for the prior business day, so the value becomes final when the report covering November 20, 2026 is published at 3:15 PM CT on the next business day. Early resolution does not apply, and if the Federal Reserve delays the release, resolution waits until the data is published.
