The outcome is decided by the average retail price of regular gasoline for Texas in the US Energy Information Administration (EIA) Gasoline and Diesel Fuel Update, in the US Regular Gasoline Prices table, for the week ending November 9, 2026. The outcome is Yes if that price, in US dollars per gallon, is above the value specified in the market question and No otherwise. Only the initial release counts, and later revisions do not change the outcome, which is determined when EIA publishes the update, each Tuesday at 9:00 AM CT (Wednesday when Tuesday is a federal holiday). Early resolution does not apply, and if the release is delayed, resolution waits until it is published.
