Rules

The outcome is decided by the Base Rate decision that the Bank of Korea publishes in its press release following the Monetary Policy Board meeting on November 26, 2026, in the table titled "The Bank of Korea Base Rate", at 7:00 PM CT on the day before November 26, 2026 (8:00 PM CT during daylight saving time). The change is measured in basis points against the rate in effect immediately before that announcement, and a decision that leaves the rate unchanged counts as no change. The outcome is Yes if the actual change matches what the market question specifies and No otherwise. The outcome is final when the decision is published, early resolution does not apply, and if the release is delayed, resolution waits until it is published.
