The deciding value is the Freight Transportation Services Index published by the Bureau of Transportation Statistics (BTS) in its monthly Transportation Services Index release for November 2026, shown in the release's first box for that month and index. The outcome is Yes if the reported index is above the value specified in the market question and No otherwise. The value becomes final at 8:00 AM CT when BTS releases the index, typically in the second week of the month, two months after November 2026. Early resolution does not apply, and if BTS delays the release, resolution waits until the data is published.
