The deciding value is the atmospheric carbon dioxide concentration at Mauna Loa for December 2027, in parts per million (ppm), and the outcome is Yes if it is greater than the value specified in the market question and No otherwise. The value becomes final when NOAA publishes that report, by 8:00 AM CT on the fifth day of the month after December 2027, and early resolution does not apply. If NOAA delays the report, resolution waits until it is published.
