Rules

The deciding value is the Weekly Economic Index for the reference week of November 14, 2026, as stated in the first sentence of the latest "Update" section published by the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas. The outcome is Yes if the reported index is above the value specified in the market question and No otherwise. The value becomes final at 10:30 AM CT when the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas releases the index, typically on the Thursday after the reference week, or the Wednesday before if that Thursday is a federal holiday. Early resolution does not apply, and if the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas delays the release, resolution waits until the data is published.
