NVIDIA Corporation is the source of the deciding information, through an explicit qualitative or quantitative statement in its official quarterly earnings press releases, Form 10-Q or Form 10-K filings, or accompanying prepared CFO or CEO earnings commentary, typically in the Data Center or Financial Commentary sections. The outcome is Yes if such a statement says inference-related revenue constituted a majority of, exceeded fifty percent of, or otherwise exceeded training-related revenue within the Data Center segment for any fiscal quarter ending in calendar year 2026, and No if no such statement is made. The outcome may be determined early once a qualifying statement is published, and otherwise becomes final following NVIDIA's final earnings disclosure for the last eligible fiscal quarter ending in 2026, so disclosures released after year end about a quarter ending in that year still count. If NVIDIA's disclosure is delayed, resolution waits until it is published.
